How to submit
Email support@jyvstream.comwith the subject line "Withdrawal Request" and include the information below.

| Account email | The email address used for your JyvGaming account. |
| Order reference | Your Stripe receipt ID or the last four digits of the payment card. |
| Purchase date | The date of the charge you want reviewed. |
| Region | Your country or region of residence. |
| Statement | "I request withdrawal from my JyvGaming subscription purchase." |
Important notes
EU and UK consumers may have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. As described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, requesting immediate performance at checkout may affect that right once the Software has been installed, activated, and used.
Brazilian consumers have the statutory withdrawal rights described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We review requests under the policy version in effect at the time of the relevant charge.
We will respond within 5 business days and, where a refund is approved, issue it to the original payment method within the timeframe described in the policy.
