Exposure Monitoring

Navigate to Hearing Health from your Profile & Account settings
- Step 02
The exposure gauge shows your current estimated dB level
- Step 03
Green (0-70dB) = Safe, Yellow (70-85dB) = Caution, Red (85+dB) = Danger
- Step 04
Session time and safe listening time remaining are displayed
- Step 05
WHO recommends max 85dB for 8 hours — the app calculates your remaining safe time
HRTF Recalibration

- Step 01
Scroll down to the 'HRTF Calibration' section on the Hearing Health page
- Step 02
Click 'Recalibrate' to redo your ear scan
- Step 03
Follow the same 3-photo process: front, left ear, right ear
- Step 04
The new profile replaces your previous one
- Step 05
Measurements shown: ear canal width, pinna shape, head width, calibration score
Safety Settings

- Step 01
Break Reminders — get notified every 90 minutes to rest your ears
- Step 02
Volume Limiter — prevents output from exceeding 85dB
- Step 03
Both settings are saved and persist between sessions
Hearing damage is cumulative and irreversible. Keep the volume limiter enabled.
