Navigate to the Sessions page from the main navigation

Click 'Start Recording' to begin capturing your gaming audio

A live timer and waveform visualizer show the recording in progress

Game audio, voice comms, and microphone input are all captured

Sessions are saved locally and optionally synced to the cloud

Completed sessions appear in your session history with date, duration, and game

Click any session to open the detail view

The waveform timeline lets you scrub through the recording

Key moments are highlighted based on audio intensity spikes

Click 'Transcribe' on any session to send it for AI processing

Whisper-based transcription runs on GPU infrastructure (Modal A10G)

Transcription typically completes in under 30 seconds

The full text transcript appears alongside the audio timeline

Speaker labels differentiate your voice from teammates

After transcription, click 'Analyze' to generate coaching insights

The LLM analyzes communication patterns, callout timing, and team coordination

Insights include: communication score, callout frequency, dead air periods

Personalized tips are generated based on your specific session data

Insights are saved and can be compared across sessions to track improvement

Sessions can be stored locally, in the cloud, or both

Set auto-delete retention in Settings → Privacy (7-90 days)

Export individual sessions as audio files for external review

Delete sessions individually or use the bulk delete in Settings
