This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of JyvGaming and our website. It supplements the EULA and Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, and may not permit any third party to, use the Service to:

violate any applicable law or regulation, or any third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights);
harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any individual; record or process any person’s voice without the consents required by applicable law;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or training data, except where applicable law expressly permits;
train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve a competing AI/ML product using the Service or its outputs;
upload, transmit, or process malware, exploits, or unlawful content;
overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service, or attempt to bypass rate limits, license enforcement, or security controls;
access the Service through automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) other than published, supported APIs;
share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your account credentials or license keys; operate the Software on more than three (3) devices concurrently;
use the Service in life-critical or safety-critical applications (e.g., medical decision-making, emergency response, aviation, nuclear) where failure could cause death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage.

Many jurisdictions (including U.S. "two-party consent" states and the EU) require all parties to a recorded conversation to consent before recording. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents before using the note-taker, voice isolation, or any recording feature.

3. Reporting Abuse

To report abuse or security issues, email abuse@jyvstream.com. We investigate reports promptly and may suspend offending accounts pending investigation.

4. Enforcement

We may, in our sole discretion: warn you; suspend or terminate your access; remove offending content; and report violations to law enforcement. Termination for AUP violation is without refund.
