This list identifies the Sub-processors engaged by JYV STREAM LLC to support JyvGaming. We notify customers of new Sub-processors at least 30 days in advance through our website and (for DPA customers) via email.

2. Affiliates
We do not currently use affiliates as Sub-processors.
3. Onward Transfers
All Sub-processors are bound by contractual obligations no less protective than those in our DPA. EU/UK users are routed to EU-based infrastructure. Where EU/UK Personal Data must be transferred outside the EEA or UK, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum.
4. Notification of Changes
We post Sub-processor changes at https://jyvgaming.gg/legal/subprocessors and notify DPA customers via email at least 30 days before a new Sub-processor processes Personal Data, unless an emergency change is required for security or legal compliance.
